Meet Coach Brown

Coach Dwayne Brown Jr serves as the General Manager at Warren Central High School, a role he has held since 2020. During his time with the Warriors, he has contributed in multiple capacities, including Varsity Offensive Line Coach, Freshman Offensive Coordinator, and Freshman and Junior Varsity Head Coach. A Warren Central alum, he played under Head Coach Steve Tutsie and earned national recognition as a three-star recruit, ranked the 52nd guard in the nation and the 22nd-best player in Indiana. In 2011, he was a key part of an offense that averaged 271.6 rushing yards and 43.5 points per game, totaled 3,259 rushing yards, scored 52 rushing touchdowns, and finished the season 9–0. He began his college career at Eastern Michigan University before transferring to Bethune-Cookman University, where he became a First Team All-MEAC offensive lineman. He started all 11 games as a junior, consistently grading above 90% and helping lead a top-five MEAC offense. He also earned MEAC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors and helped secure major wins, including the Florida Classic victory over Florida A&M.
